Is Trip Zen a one-time purchase?
No. Trip Zen is licensed on a recurring subscription. You receive a license to use the platform rather than ownership of the software.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. Starter and Professional start with a deposit of 3 months’ fees, paid upfront: $450 for Starter and $1,050 for Professional. After that, you pay the regular monthly price. How the deposit is held and applied is set out in your licensing agreement. Enterprise terms are agreed individually.
Are taxes included in the prices shown?
No. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Are there fees beyond the subscription?
Depending on your agreement, transaction fees, custom integration fees, or white-label fees may apply. Any such fees are set out in your licensing agreement before you commit.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Plans are designed so a business can move to a higher plan as users, products, and booking volume grow. Plan changes are handled with our team.
