Does Trip Zen process payments?
Trip Zen can connect to payment providers as part of the platform setup. The payment providers themselves process transactions; Trip Zen records transaction details and payment status.
Are transaction fees charged on bookings?
Depending on your agreement, a fixed or percentage-based technology fee per successful booking may apply. Any such fee is set out in your licensing agreement. See Pricing.
