These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, including its content, forms and newsletter (together, the "website"), which is operated by TripZen DWC-LLC ("Trip Zen", "we", "us" or "our").

TripZen DWC-LLC is a limited liability company registered in the Dubai South Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (registration number 12624) and licensed by the Dubai Aviation City Corporation (commercial license number 13659). Its registered office is at Business Centre, Floor 3, Building A3, Business Park, Dubai South, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you use it on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization, and "you" includes it. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Trip Zen is a business-to-business technology provider that licenses cloud-based travel booking infrastructure to travel businesses. This website describes Trip Zen, its platform and its commercial model, and lets businesses request demos, contact our team and subscribe to updates.

• It is not a booking portal. You cannot search for, book or pay for travel on this website. Licensed customers access the Trip Zen platform separately, under their own agreement.
• Trip Zen is not a travel agency. We do not sell tours, transfers, activities, hotels, eSIMs or other travel products to the public. Travel products are supplied by licensed travel businesses and their suppliers.
• It is intended for businesses. The website is designed for travel businesses, partners and industry professionals rather than consumers.

Descriptions of the platform, modules, travel products, integrations, plans and prices on this website are general information. Features, supplier connectivity and availability can depend on plan, region, supplier agreements and the terms agreed with each customer.

Nothing on this website is an offer that can be accepted, a quotation or a commitment to provide any service. Prices shown are indicative, exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise, and may change.

When you use a form on the website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information about yourself and your business, and share only information you are entitled to share.
• Not impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your connection with them.
• Not send confidential information through the website. Unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement with you, information you submit is not treated as confidential, although we always handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Not send unsolicited ideas or proposals in expectation of payment. If you share feedback or suggestions, Trip Zen may use them without restriction or any obligation to you.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, interface designs, illustrations, product previews, code samples, the Trip Zen name and logo, and the selection and arrangement of this material, are owned by or licensed to Trip Zen and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for your own internal business purposes, such as evaluating Trip Zen, and share links to them. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish or create derivative works from website content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Product interface previews and code samples on the website are illustrative. They do not grant any right to use the Trip Zen platform or its APIs, which are available only under a signed licensing agreement.

The website may link to or load third-party websites and services, such as analytics and bot protection providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.

References to travel product categories, suppliers or integrations describe the kinds of connectivity the platform can support. They do not mean that any particular third party endorses or partners with Trip Zen.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trip Zen disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and any warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components.

Website content, including articles and guides, is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and you should obtain advice suited to your circumstances before acting on it.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trip Zen and its affiliates, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the website, even if advised that such damages were possible.

The website is provided free of charge and for information only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trip Zen's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the website is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid Trip Zen to access the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud. Liability for licensed use of the Trip Zen platform is governed by the customer agreement and the SaaS Licensing Terms, not by this section.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trip Zen and its affiliates, officers, employees and contractors against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws specified in your agreement with Trip Zen or, for use of this website, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, where Trip Zen is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Dubai Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect, and the affected provision is enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a provision, we have not waived our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and Trip Zen about the website. They do not replace any signed agreement between your organization and Trip Zen, which prevails for the services it covers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the "Last updated" date shown on this page. If you continue to use the website after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
